01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and betpkrgame ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing betpkrgame at betpkrgame.vip, downloading the betpkrgame app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.

03 Account Responsibilities

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

betpkrgame processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Raast (SBP instant payment system)
• Bank Transfer (major Pakistani banks)
• Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard, PKR-issued)

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your betpkrgame account within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. betpkrgame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where this is technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method and whether identity verification is required.

betpkrgame does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits. You are responsible for any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

betpkrgame offers sports betting, live betting, casino games (including slots and live dealer tables), bingo and esports betting. Each product type is governed by the general Terms here as well as specific game rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is submitted — the confirmed odds on your bet slip are what apply.
• betpkrgame reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and removal during events at betpkrgame's discretion, particularly around significant moments such as wickets in cricket, goals in football or team eliminations in esports.
• Bets on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches and no-result games are handled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• betpkrgame may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets or events. These limits are displayed on the relevant market where applicable.

For casino games and slots, game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game-specific rules, return-to-player percentages and minimum/maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game. For live casino, the decisions of the dealer are final subject to any technical review processes outlined in the individual game rules.

For bingo, room rules, ticket prices, prize structures and jackpot conditions are displayed within each bingo room before you purchase tickets. Once tickets are purchased for a bingo game, they cannot be refunded.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

betpkrgame offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms on the Promotions page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used first in all bets unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• betpkrgame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. A game contribution table is provided in the relevant promotion's terms.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

betpkrgame is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. If you identify an error, you are expected to report it to support. Bets placed knowingly on erroneous odds or outcomes will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, particularly in live casino or poker-style games, to manipulate outcomes.

• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider after using funds on betpkrgame. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

08 Privacy & Data

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is suspended for a reason other than your own request or a violation of Terms, betpkrgame will endeavour to notify you via the registered email address and provide you with an opportunity to respond before any funds are affected, except where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent ongoing harm.

You may close your betpkrgame account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

betpkrgame provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. betpkrgame will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

In cases where betpkrgame is at fault for a technical error that directly results in an incorrect bet settlement, betpkrgame will endeavour to correct the settlement and credit or debit the difference to affected accounts. betpkrgame's maximum liability in any such case is limited to the amount of the affected bets.
